Support
Last updated August 31, 2026
Curi is built by a small team, and a person reads every message. For anything not covered below, email support@curi.events and we will get back to you as quickly as we can, usually within a few days.
Something is broken
Email us with what you were doing, what happened instead, and (if you can) a screenshot. The app version from Settings and your device model help a lot. If an event listing is wrong (bad date, wrong venue, cancelled show), tell us which event and what is off; the catalog is aggregated from public sources and we fix bad listings as they are reported.
Report a person or content
The fastest path is the report and block controls on reviews, comments, and profiles in the app; reports are reviewed by humans against the community guidelines. You can also email us, especially for anything urgent or involving safety. For copyright complaints, use the process in section 11 of the terms of service.
Account and data
- Delete your account: Settings, then Delete account, in the app or on the web. It is immediate and permanent, and removes your data as described in the privacy policy. If you cannot sign in to do it, email us from the address on the account.
- Request a copy of your data, or a correction: email us from the address on your account.
- Notifications: control them in the app’s Settings and in your device’s notification settings.
- Connected accounts: disconnect SoundCloud (or any other connected service) in Settings at any time.
Security
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Curi, email support@curi.events with “Security” in the subject line and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing publicly. We are grateful for good-faith reports.
